Tinker

Allows you to play Constructs. Constructs are artifacts that can be played during your turn, depending on how many Tinker stacks you have. A Construct 1 card will require at least 1 stack of Tinker. A Construct 2 card will require at least 2 stacks of Tinker, with the highest Construct having Construct 20.
